Neetu Neetu is a driven and dedicated professional with a strong educational foundation and a passion for prioritizing safety. She holds a master’s degree in organic chemistry and a diploma in occupational health and safety management.
Committed to development and community involvement, Neetu holds professional membership with organizations like Occupational Hygiene Association of Ontario and volunteers as a presenter with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services.
Promoted to HSE Advisor in 2024, Neetu leads subcontractor qualifications and orientations, manages subcontractor performance, and oversees on-site safety for one of GIP’s largest highway design-build projects. She actively participates in project and operational meetings and tracks monthly safety trends to identify and address critical deficiencies. A collaborative team member who also thrives independently, Neetu remains a key asset to the GIP HSE team.

A significant part of his focus today is staying ahead of regulatory change while maintaining a seamless client experience. He tracks updates from regulators and lenders closely and works with his teams to adjust systems as needed.
“My approach to my role and my career has always been rooted in passion, focus, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” he says. “I’ve never been driven solely by profit or business metrics. I believe in hiring great talent, trusting them, and pushing boundaries because innovation doesn’t come from playing it safe.”
