Dante Mancuso is a safety leader with over 15 years of experience in the industry, reinventing the management of safety systems in organizations through digitization and an increased focus on customer needs. He has founded and worked with many human resource organizations, including Hotline to HR, First Call, EIO Solutions, Point Guard, and the Rinomato Group of companies.
In 2021, Mancuso had a vision for safety and founded Toronto Health and Safety Consultants, a start-up that partners with organizations to advise and implement custom safety processes that ensure compliance and, most importantly, protect the well-being of workers. He implements innovative safety programs and technologies, like digital Safety Boards and SiteDocs, to increase efficiency and productivity.
On top of developing safety systems for clients and leading a team of four other safety advisors, Mancuso sits on the Joint Health and Safety Committee for the Residential Construction Council of Ontario, and conducts training programs for new workers in partnership with the Government.
