Jessica Amadio is a respected occupational health and safety professional with more than 10 years of experience in industrial and occupational hygiene, spanning construction, mining, and natural resources. Over the past two years, she has played a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs and training initiatives for organizations across Northern Ontario.
In 2025, Amadio joined SafetyCo Partners as part of the leadership team for its SafetyCo North division, bringing her expertise to one of Canada’s fastest-growing health and safety consulting and training firms. Based in Sault Ste. Marie, she is deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality safety resources in remote and underserved communities.
Amadio’s career began after she completed her biological sciences degree at the University of Guelph. She went on to hold roles with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Algoma Steel, where she led major initiatives in hearing conservation, radiation protection, and designated substances control.
Known for her collaborative, people-first leadership style, Amadio pairs strong technical knowledge with an ability to engage and empower others. She is passionate about fostering inclusive safety cultures and mentoring the next generation of women in safety. Her impact, advocacy, and dedication continue to distinguish her as a standout leader in the OHS industry.

A significant part of his focus today is staying ahead of regulatory change while maintaining a seamless client experience. He tracks updates from regulators and lenders closely and works with his teams to adjust systems as needed.
“My approach to my role and my career has always been rooted in passion, focus, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” he says. “I’ve never been driven solely by profit or business metrics. I believe in hiring great talent, trusting them, and pushing boundaries because innovation doesn’t come from playing it safe.”
His experience isn’t limited to Canada. Ibrahim has worked in the US and UAE, which shaped his global perspective and comfort with adapting to different markets. He thrives on risk, viewing setbacks as stepping stones to progress.
