Cassandra Boland is an HSE manager with the GIP Atlantic Industrial Division, known for her strong technical foundation, practical field experience, and collaborative leadership style. She holds a diploma in occupational health and safety and several professional designations, including National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), Internal Lead Auditor, COR® Auditor (NL, NS, NB, BC), and TapRoot® Root Cause Analysis.
Boland’s progression from student to HSEQ administrator, HSE advisor, safety systems lead, and now HSE manager reflects her commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence. Beyond her technical impact, Boland is dedicated to advancing OHS and promoting diversity in construction, mentoring emerging professionals, and encouraging more women to pursue careers in safety and construction.
