Ada Nadison’s work begins with a simple idea: safer communities are not created by chance, but by the everyday courage of people who choose to look out for one another. Guided by the belief that safety is, at its core, an act of care, she has built a career illuminating the spaces where risk meets everyday life and helping people move through them with confidence and clarity.
As public safety manager at FortisBC, Nadison leads targeted outreach and education to help people work safely around natural gas and electricity infrastructure. Her work strengthens relationships, deepens awareness, and supports informed decision-making across British Columbia. In 2025 alone, she visited more than 20 communities, delivering over 30 safety sessions to upwards of 1,300 participants. She also serves as a volunteer director on the Board of the BC Common Ground Alliance, advancing safe excavation and underground infrastructure protection.
With a background spanning emergency management, public safety communications, and adult education, Nadison turns technical hazards into practical, human-centred actions. She believes safety is more than the absence of harm; it is the presence of dignity. For her, true safety is built through care, compassion, inclusion, and connection – not just compliance.

A significant part of his focus today is staying ahead of regulatory change while maintaining a seamless client experience. He tracks updates from regulators and lenders closely and works with his teams to adjust systems as needed.
“My approach to my role and my career has always been rooted in passion, focus, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” he says. “I’ve never been driven solely by profit or business metrics. I believe in hiring great talent, trusting them, and pushing boundaries because innovation doesn’t come from playing it safe.”
His experience isn’t limited to Canada. Ibrahim has worked in the US and UAE, which shaped his global perspective and comfort with adapting to different markets. He thrives on risk, viewing setbacks as stepping stones to progress.
