JiaYi Goh is deeply committed to promoting workplace health and safety while also enhancing food safety standards. With a master’s degree in human nutrition from McGill University, she has gained valuable experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) through her professional journey. Since joining Compass Group Canada in 2022, she has eagerly embraced opportunities to expand her knowledge and apply it to improve workplace safety.
In her current role, Goh serves as the primary liaison with OHS officers for serious and reportable workplace injuries across the Western provinces. She also oversees the COR preparation and audit processes in Alberta and British Columbia and acts as an internal auditor for the organization. With a focus on creating a safe and efficient work environment, Goh is dedicated to ensuring compliance, fostering accountability, and delivering impactful results. Her commitment to safety and continuous improvement helps drive positive outcomes for both employees and the organization.
