Alicia Yust is director of training for Assurance Americas at BSI Group, with more than 20 years of experience in adult learning and instructional design. She is a Certified Professional in Training Management and has led training programs for both associations and for-profit organizations. She serves as a commissioner for IACET, setting global standards for continuing education, and judges for the IACET and Chief Learning Officer Learning Elite Awards.
