Cesar Paredes is the Manager of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) at Morguard, overseeing OHS programs across various asset classes in Canada. He ensures compliance with provincial regulations, develops, and implements safety policies, and fosters a culture of workplace safety. Cesar collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to elevate workplace safety, mitigate risks, and strengthen workers’ competencies. He also leads training initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement strategies to uphold Morguard’s commitment to employee well-being and regulatory excellence. With a strong background in OHS, Cesar is dedicated to creating safer environments and proactive safety solutions across Morguard’s portfolio.

Susanne Poltrok is the Assistant Vice President of National Programs at Morguard. She is a graduate of the Environmental Studies program from York University and holds a Canadian Risk Manager designation from the University of Toronto. Since joining Morguard in 1996, she has held several positions at Morguard in the environmental affairs department, health, and safety, as well as risk management and claims. Prior to joining Morguard, she worked for several levels of Government including the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, Ontario Ministry of the Environment, and the Toronto Regional Conservation Authorities. Susanne holds a Canadian Risk Manager designation from University of Toronto and is working towards completing her Chartered Insurance Professional designation.

Beverley G. Flynn is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Morguard. She joined Morguard in July 2003 and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and scope throughout her tenure. Her current responsibilities include Corporate Legal, Risk and Insurance. ESG, Environmental Affairs, Health and Safety and National Programs. Ms. Flynn has over 20 years of experience in business and legal matters relating to public markets, real estate, finance, operations, risk, insurance, sustainability/ESG, corporate and securities law. Prior to joining Morguard, Ms. Flynn was an associate with McMillan LLP. Ms. Flynn is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Kevin Kelly is the executive vice president, finance, and chief financial officer at Bruce Power. Previously, he served as the executive vice president of nuclear development, overseeing key areas such as supply chain, site services, business and capital planning, corporate finance and reporting, treasury and taxation, energy trading, and pension asset management. With over 25 years of experience in strategic and operational planning, financial reporting, cost management, and treasury, Kelly has played a key role in Bruce Power’s financial success. Recently, he was instrumental in negotiating a long-term commercial framework with the Province of Ontario, enabling the facility’s life extension through to 2064.

Nealy Farshadi is instrumental in helping strengthen and grow Brown & Riding’s client relationships. She maintains and improves quality procedures, oversees B&R’s ISO certification, and manages the firm’s client feedback program.
