Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP) is one of Canada’s largest and most diversified infrastructure companies, offering vertically integrated infrastructure solutions for public and private projects of every size and scale.
“For over 50 years, our teams have been designing, delivering, and maintaining infrastructure for Canada’s growing cities,” says Christian Dover, president and CEO. “From demolition, shoring and foundations to excavation and remediation, structures, paving and the production of materials, we have the unique ability to self-perform all project scopes without reliance on subcontractors. Green is in our name because we believe in the necessity of sustainable solutions. We’re leaders in energy efficiency and are at the forefront of incorporating recycled and reused materials.”
With its sights set on building a better tomorrow, GIP is committed to long-term relationships and long-term thinking. The company strives to achieve the highest standards of health and safety when executing projects that provide the greatest benefits to its customers, with the least disruption to its communities. GIP’s work shapes the future of Canadian cities and is paving a new path toward the future of the infrastructure industry.
“GIP has an absolute commitment to the safety, health and well-being of our employees and ensures it is a core business value of the company,” says Dover. “GIP is committed to excellence in HSE performance and strives for continuous improvement while aiming to inspire this desire in all its employees and to share in the successful implementation of the philosophy.”
GIP’s organizational structure involves a group of transformational leaders who focus on the future by incorporating the best industry practices in all operations:
· Christian Dover – President and CEO
· David Colle – Executive Vice President, Integrated Infrastructure Solutions
· Steven Manolis – Executive Vice President, GIP Materials Engineering
· Toben Jerry – Executive Vice President, Specialty Infrastructure Solutions
One of GIP’s guiding principles is the development, investment and continuous improvement of its industry-leading health and safety program. It reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the health and safety of every worker, subcontractor, client, visitor and member of the public wherever they work. A key principle of GIP’s program is its focus on a “Field in” safety culture that requires dedication and commitment from all employees and management throughout the company.
“We take pride in the fact that our clients and their designers trust our teams to safely execute high-quality work on our job sites, which are widely considered to be world-class projects,” says Dover. “We continue to show the marketplace that we are experts in our fields, which has earned us the reputation of being the industry standard in our infrastructure sectors. This is great news considering that the size and complexity of projects continue to increase and that GIP is one of the first calls made to assist our clients with the design and construction of these projects. These continued opportunities and successes are made possible through the strong efforts and teamwork of all members of our organization, which includes our direct site staff, yard and office support, and our safety and quality department.”
